Traveling: stories and music about travel


Jeff DeMark and the Gila Monster group will perform songs and a group of six storytellers and one “sit-down comic” will tell their personal stories about travel  for the “Travel Show.” The shows happen Friday and  Saturday, February 26th and 27th, 8p.m. in the Arcata Playhouse.  Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door and can be purchased at Wildberries, or by calling the Arcata Playhouse at 822-1575.

Performers for the Travel Show are Michael Crowley, Paul and  Jeff DeMark, Diana Heberger, Lizzy Moonbeam, Marvin Samuels and sit-down comic Charlie Gilbert.    The Gila Monsters are Rick Levin, Ron Sharp, Paul DeMark, Jean Browning, Neil McLaughlin, Jeff DeMark and singers Halimah Collingwood and Jean Stach.

The ensemble has performed five other shows on different themes at the Logger, Dell’Arte and the Playhouse and they have all sold out so get your tickets now.
