Rent the Theater

The Playhouse is a wonderful place to hold an event, whether it is a private party, meetings, music concert, theater production, school event or workshop, we are happy to work with you for a successful event.

The theater is equipped with sound and lights, a video projector and screen with a seating capacity of 150. Theatre seats are fixed on risers. Floor seats and some riser seats are moveable. Three 3 x 6 tables are available and 8-10 round café tables.

Basic rental fees:
Rental of the Playhouse for a performance or public event: $250 on weekdays and $350 on Friday/Saturday.  This rate is for an 8 hour period. (e.g. 2 p.m . to 10 p.m .)  If your event or performances requires more hours on a date, please let us know and we will provide an additional hourly rate to meet your needs.


Rental of the space for rehearsals, workshop or meetings: $40/hr.

Insurance per performance: $50 (unless supplied by renter)


Deposit fee: $100. (Returned in full providing the Playhouse has been left clean and undamaged)

Service kitchen/concessions area: $50 per day as an addendum to use.

Additional services:
Llight/Sound/Video operator for the event: $75 (3-hour maximum)
Box Office Door Sales for the event: $50. (2-hour maximum)
