Growing up in a food conscious environment in Northern California has influenced me to become aware of my relationship to food and has led me down my culinary and pastry path. I moved to Portland and attended the Oregon Culinary Institute where I graduated with an associates degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts in 2018. In Portland I had the opportunity to work at the upscale Q Restaurant and Bar and pursued catering through some pop-up opportunities. In my travels around the globe I’ve had the opportunity to expand and explore a variety of delectable flavorful cuisines that I look forward to sharing with you.
It all starts by making a commitment to integrate wholesome, natural ingredients, while supporting business practices that show consideration to
the earth and environment.
