Moussaka Greek casserole has layers of potatoes, eggplants, lamb and beef red sauce and topped with a generous amount of béchamel. Yummy, sure hope you all enjoyed it as much as my family did. Fun fact- it’s good to let your eggplants sweat for 30 minutes before cooking. Simply salt both sides and let them sit on a towel. This method should help remove some of the bitterness.
